These terms cover your use of Trend Studio, provided by Smart AI Solutions, 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG. Trend Studio is in early access: features, trends and availability may change.

Your account

You must be 18 or over. Keep access to your email secure — it’s how you sign in.

Your photos and creations

• Only upload photos of yourself that you have the right to use.
• You keep your rights in your photos. You may use your creations for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the law and the rules of the platforms you post on.
• Creations are made by AI and may contain mistakes. Label them as AI-generated where platforms or the law require it.
• Don’t use Trend Studio to impersonate anyone, mislead people, or make sexual, hateful or harmful content.

Credits

Creations use credits. If a creation fails, its credits are returned automatically. Credits have no cash value. During early access, credits are added by us; there is no unlimited plan.

Availability and liability

We may change or remove trends at any time. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited under English law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the previous 12 months.
