What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in and contact you about your account.
• Photos you upload, either for a single creation or saved to your profile.
• The images and videos we make for you, and a record of each creation (which trend, when, whether it worked).

Why, and on what basis

We process your photos only to make the creations you ask for (contract), and only after you confirm the photo is of you and that you’re 18 or over. We don’t use your photos to identify you, to build face templates, or to train AI models. Saving photos to your profile is optional and needs your separate confirmation; you can delete them at any time.

Who processes it

• OpenAI (USA) and Google (Gemini API, USA) receive the photo and instructions for each creation, to generate the result. Under their API terms they don’t use this data to train their models; they may keep it for a limited period for abuse monitoring.
• Vercel (USA) hosts the site and stores files privately; Neon (database) stores account records.
• Resend sends sign-in emails.

These transfers to the USA rely on the UK–US data bridge or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep it

• Photos uploaded for a single creation: deleted after 30 days.
• Profile photos: kept until you delete them or your account.
• Your creations: kept for 90 days, or until you delete them.
• Account records: until you delete your account.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or ask for a copy. You can delete any photo, creation, or your whole account yourself from your profile. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

What we don’t allow

Uploading photos of anyone other than yourself, of anyone under 18, or of public figures, and making content that is sexual, deceptive or harmful. Our AI providers also block some content automatically.
